We develop immediately to customers wishes, also for thermoplastic material. The lay-out of the tools is calculated by special for this designed software. The production of "G&G" - products happens on modern fabrication machines, like CNC machines.

  • Extrusion dies for PVC, C-PVC, PVC-w, mandrel support of Niro

  • Extrusion dies with spiral coil for PE, PP etc. PE extrusion dies could be equipped additional with color strip ring die or sheating ring. Gating is variable. That means 9, 12 or 15 o´clock.

  • 2-layer - PVC-dies with upstream block distributor

  • 2- and 3-layer-Coextrusion dies PE with upstream block distributor.
    Also suitable for foamed pipes (center layer) - all 3 distributor in spiral coil design. - lay-out tailor after given material information.

  • 2- and 3- stand dies for PVC, PE and PP
    (PVC is mandrel support design, PE / PP is spiral coil design)

  • 3-layer dies for the producing of underfloor heating and hot water pipes made of VPE (PEX b + c)
    or Dowlex as a base pipe with layer of hot melt and EVOH as a blocking layer.
    Possible as pressure- or tube coating.

  • Crosshead dies for the single and double coating in line or subsequent coating of pre-fabricated pipes made of PE, PP, PB with bonding agent, EVOH or other combinations.

  • Steel pipe coating die for the coating of steel pipes with PE,
    bonding agent as an additional equipment possible. Model up to diameter of 813 mm

  • Vacuum calibrating sleeves for PE, PP, PVC, ABS etc.

  • Disc calibrating sleeves for PE, PP, PVC, ABS etc.
    with suitable vacuum chamber, adapted to pre-selected vacuum tank.

  • Vacuum calibrators and spray baths to max. diameter of 400 mm.
